Using home grown organic vegetables, fruits and fresh fish, one of the delights of Ropiko is the food. Our chef will prepare lots of wholesome dishes, cooked local style with a western flavour.

Swim - Snorkel - Kayak - Dive
All on your doorstep, safe lagoon swimming for the kids, or hop in a kayak and snorkel on the reef. Only two minutes paddle away, the clear water is a haven for tropical marine life and corals. Scuba diving can be arranged if you feel a little more adventurous. Qualified PADI divers will show you the best sites and all the equipment you need is available for hire.
Fishing
Ropiko Eco LodgeReef, Sports, and River fishing trips can all be arranged to suit your interest, gear for most species is available at the lodge.

Visit WWII Wrecks
Bushwalk the slopes of Mt. Mariu while your guide tells you tales of headhunting in the old days and shows you the medicinal uses of various trees and shrubs, as well as the reptiles and birds that inhabit these islands. Tour Biche village and see the stonecarvers at work. You will also be able to feed the large freshwater eels that live in the local streams.

Bushwalking and village tours
Wartime wwrecks abound in this area... take a stroll and see the Japanese fighter shot down in 1944 and still largely intact.

Spearfishing
Spearfishing is available with an experienced local guide.

Birdwatching
WWII There are excellent opportunites for birdwatching.

Visit a cultural village and learn traditional island skills.

Tetepare Rainforest Transport around the island is in fibreglass or aluminium boats with outboard motors. Caves such as this one are home to many of Tetepare's bat population.
