| Welcome to the Kai's Beach House - a hidden jewel of Bali located on Bingin beach and a short drive to Kuta with a view of the magical Bingin Reef, a surfers paradise. |
Kai's Beach House is a 2 storey house with 2 bedrooms. On the upstairs level each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and western style toilet. The house has electricity and cold water showers.
On the lower level is the kitchen and open living room. The building itself is square in shape with wooden stairs up the side of the building to finish at the balcony in front of the bedrooms that has a great view over the beach.
The kitchen is equipped with a two-ring gas stove, a fridge and plates, glasses, pans, cutlery etc is provided.
Kai's Beach House is serviced daily, and you can even pre-order some food to be in your fridge on arrival. A large bottle of drinking water will be left in thekitchen.
Your laundry can be done at an extra cost to the cleaning lady. Massages can also be arranged on arrival.
There are six excellent waves close by and for those beachcombers there are plenty of beautiful beaches to discover for swimming, sun baking and beach games. Bingin beach is an ideal spot for any holiday maker, come and visit away from the hussle of Kuta and experience all Bali has to offer.

Accommodation
  Kai's Beach House is located right on Bingan Beach at the bottom of the cliff and is in a great position with other Bali bungalows like Didi's, with easy access to the surf at Bingin through Didi's Beach Bar, and close to the Impossibles and Padang Padang. You can see the break at Bingan from the upstairs balcony of your very own beach house.
A popular area for Surfers, Kai's Beach House is also good for a non-surfers, families, groups, and people who just want to experience a different side of Bali.
Kai's Beach House welcomes children of any age. There is sand area in front of the Beach House and there are also some toys there as well. There are steep stairs to the bedrooms and a low balcony, so if you are taking young kids, please be aware of this.

Meals
Kai's Beach House has its own kitchen and cooking facilities, so you can cook your own meals while staying there. Special BBQ Fish dinner can be ordered with Didi at the Beach Bar just 5 steps from the house and he will build a fire on the beach to cook and serve your dinner at his outside table or have it in the privacy of your Beach House.
Please note Didi needs prior notice of at lease 24 hours to prepare this meal. There are also several restaurants on the beach, but some are open in season only.

Getting There
 We can arrange pre-paid car transfers from Denpasar Airport, or an area in Bali to Kai's Place at Bingin Beach. Kai's Taxi Driver will meet you at the airport, and can carry up to 3 surfboards on the roof of the taxi, with maximum of 3 or 4 persons per taxi.
These transfers will cost you approx 150,000 rupiah per journey and must be paid in advance. Please advise if you would like to book these transfers when booking your accommodation.
It is recommended that you check in to Kai's Place during the day as you will need to walk down the cliff to the house. If you do arrive at night, it may be difficult to find your way down there as there are no lights. Help can be arranged with getting the bags down the cliff.

Additional Information
- All guests have to be registered at the police station on arrival. They will need a photocopy of each guests passport to register. Its advisable that you bring a copy with you, or you can give you passports to Wayan and he will make a copy for you. The cost of this is 20,000Rp (Approx $ 2.50AUD) per person if you have a photocopy of passport or 25,000Rp without a photocopy of passport which is payable at the time of arrival to Wayan.
- 4x Made (women) will meet all guests in the car park at top of the cliff & can help with bags etc down to the house. Bag carrying charge from the top of the cliff down to the house is 15,000Rp per bag or board during the daytime and 20,000Rp at night.

There are six amazing surfing spots where you can catch some fantastic waves! Bingin surf is a convenient short 50 metres from Kai's Place and Bali's most famous waves at Uluwatu are a mere 7 minutes away.
Take a 10 minute walk from the Kai's and you will find yourself at Dreamland and you will be able to face the Impossible waves. A 20 minute walk from the Kai's Beachhouse will take you to Padang Padang where you can take on big tubes.
