This email is to congratulate Go Tours and especially Chris Lovell on the work put in to give us both such a wonderful holiday.
We were originally on an Insight Tour which was cancelled 6 weeks prior to departure, but thanks to the work put in by Chris we were able to do a very similar trip with Trafalgar Tours called (EEXP European Experience)
The tour far exceeded our expectations and with the tour director (Jon O’Rielly) we had the most unforgettable time doing everything we hoped to do and more.
Many thanks go to Chris Lovell (and Go Tours) for all the time spent planing, booking and checking the complete holiday, as I can say it was the perfect result for us as absolutely nothing was left to chance or went wrong.
I would also recommend Singapore Airlines to all your customers they were great.
