TRAVEL INSURANCE ... Don't leave home without it!

For Surf The Earth to maintain our current surf tour prices, we need to streamline our booking procedure. 

We don’t want our organized clients bearing price increases to cover additional administration costs associated with chasing up the slack & slow clients.    

        Therefore, please read the following ...

Deposits are $500 per person and are due strictly 7 days  from date of  making your booking (or confirmation).

All deposits are non refundable, and non transferable between different destinations or yacht charters.

Late payment of any deposit or final payment will incur a $30 fee per person per week. Late payment by any member of the group, will delay the issue of documents for all members of that group.

When clients are booked by one group leader, all correspondence will be sent to the group leader, not to each individual client, (unless each client contacts us directly with contact details and requests personal notification).

A surcharge may apply to credit card payments.

If booking form complete with passport details are not received with final payment, a $30 fee will be charged. No quote or booking is safe against price increases unless final payment is received and tickets/vouchers have been issued.

Direct deposits payments into our bank account, must be advised within 24 hours, or your travel file will not be credited with your payment.

Please ensure that all surnames are spelt correctly as per passport. 

Six months Validity of all passports (there must be 6 months left after returning home) Any changes may incur a $30 amendment fee.

Any changes made to booking once deposit has been received will incur a $30 amendment fee per person. Departure tax is for Australia only unless otherwise stated. All other taxes are the responsibility of the client.

 All bookings made without international airfares will incur a $50 land only booking fee per person.

Please Note;

Although all care and responsibility will be taken by STE and their staff, Surf The Earth or Go Tours Travel will not be responsible for any luggage, surfboards or personal baggage delayed, stolen or damaged by Airlines or during transfers of any kind.
