time ever in Australia you can surf solid offshore waves in the
morning then hit the challenging mountain slopes of Hotham for
serious downhill action.
Packages start
from just $1,217* per person, which includes a three-day surf
safari, flights direct to Hotham, and a three-day snow holiday.

The Snow
The
elements that produce this epic surf also combine to generate
soft, white powder on our ski slopes. What better place to
experience this than Australia’s premier ski resort, Hotham.
Due to its
location deep within the Victorian Alps, Hotham sets the
standard when it comes to providing its guests with an
unparalleled snow experience. Unlike other resorts, Hotham is
located on top of the mountain at 1750 metres, making it the
highest alpine village in Victoria, giving most accommodations
spectacular views of the alpine region. The resort is also known
for its great variety of skiing and snowboarding terrain, with
easy beginner runs right through to gnarly double black steeps
that will really get the pulse going.

The Surf
From
June to October a clean, powerful swell drives out of the
Southern Ocean and combines with the offshore trade winds to
produce epic, world-class surf.
At
this time of year the holiday crowds thin as waves averaging
6ft (2m) hit reefs and beaches spanning a 500km stretch of
coastline.
This

where it is not uncommon to be the only surfers in the

The
region is peppered with lefts and rights hitting reefs and
beaches with enough power to light a small city.
Our
four-wheel-drives will get you over the sand dunes, through
the rivers and along bush tracks to find 12 wave sets
stretching to the horizon.
Base
camp is Torquay; home of Australian surfing and birthplace
of surfing giants Rip Curl and Quiksilver. Ours is a
vibrant town that lives every day for the surf and makes
fellow surfers feel right at home.
